Every TractionPad is constructed of a surgical quality stainless steel pad and a nickel-free solid
gold chain* which is custom-made to precise specifications. Each piece is assembled by hand
on a jewelers bench using only the highest quality control standards. These TractionPads might
look delicate but you can rest assured they will never come apart on you. Furthermore, every ATTACHMENTS
part is made in the USA. You will especially like the superior quality of the chain. One inch in
length, they are smooth and comfortable, strong but not bulky, will not discolor over time,
and easily accomodate an .025” elastic thread.

24k Gold Plated Eyelet & Traction Chain

Bondable to cuspids impacted palatally or labially. The 1” traction chain swings
freely within the eyelet. The .016 diameter chain links can be easily cut to achieve
the desired length. The traction chain can be tied to the archwire with elastic thread
or tubing to provide traction in the desired direction. Sold individually.
