LEONE EXPANSOR™ SERIES
EXPANSOR™ Series
The Expansor™ Series for removable appliances are manufactured using
only the most modern, high-tech machinery and are constructed of surgical
grade stainless steel. Expansors are provided with double guided pins and
have high-end retentive bodies for a strong grip into acrylic base. The Muscle
Thread is extruded with compression resulting in a perfect fit, total surface
smoothness, and maximum hardness.
All screws are supplied with a stainless steel activation key, and a yellow
plastic arrow indicating the opening direction is attached.
The guide pins on the Swartz type Expansors™ slide into the body which increases expansion by 1mm on each
side (total 2mm). * This additional expansion is included in the tables below. EXPANSION SCREWS

For all types of transversal expansion in the upper palate.
